Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pob777 ("pob777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pob777 online gaming platform available at pob777.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

Account Registration

Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

Limitation of Liability

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this governing law clause — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and pob777. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pob777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect pob777's legitimate interests.

Amendments to These Terms

pob777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, pob777 will provide notice to active pob777 account holders via email to the address registered on the account, via an in-platform notification upon login, or via a prominent notice on the pob777 website.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.
